Long Service Reward Scheme

Additional days annual leave granted (pro rata) to employees on reaching every five years of service with Enable Ireland up to a maximum of 5 days upon reaching 40 years of service.

Full pay less social welfare for the first 13 weeks of sickness in any 12 month rolling period and half pay less social welfare for a further (13) weeks of sickness absence in the same 12 month rolling period

Bike to work Scheme
Bike to work Scheme

This is a tax incentive scheme which aims to encourage employees to cycle to and from work. Under the scheme employers can pay for bicycles and bicycle equipment for their employees and the employee pays back through a salary sacrifice arrangement of up to 12 months. The employee is not liable for tax, PRSI or the Universal Social Charge on their repayments.
