Do you have 30 minutes to learn more about working in a Children’s Disability Team? The HSE has set up 30-minute webinars to help you know more about Children’s Disability Team jobs and the people and children you could help on our teams. The webinar will cover what it is like to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team with the child and their families.

The webinar is free and you can attend on any of these times and ask questions about the work. You only need to attend one as the same information is offered in each session.

What are Children’s Disability Network Teams?

Children’s Disability Network Teams provide specialised support and services for children with complex needs.  The team includes Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Nurses and administrative staff. Some teams may also have Family Support Workers, Dieticians, Socialcare Workers, Care Assistants and preschool staff. The aim is for every child to have a childhood where they can have fun, develop interests and form relationships in every environment.
