In Sync Youth & Family Services provide a wide range of youth and family services across Kildare and West Wicklow. Our approach is multi-dimensional and multi-disciplinary which means we aim to offer a truly holistic and integrated service.
In Sync Youth Projects:
In Sync has six UBU youth projects based in Kildare and West Wicklow. Our projects provide young person-centred, community-based and out-of-school youth services to young people in need of support.
Our projects provide safe, welcoming, non-judgmental spaces and provide opportunities and challenges that enable young people to develop their personal and social development outcomes.
The online chat service is available between 4pm and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). The service is here to support 16 to 25 year olds, parents/guardians, and people who work with young people.
What we can help with: We can help you with any questions you have, from education, employment, your rights and entitlements, social protection benefits, college grants, accommodation, and more. We can give you information, answer your questions, and provide you with a second opinion.
Are you in a crisis?: This is not a service for people experiencing a mental health crisis, but if you need mental health support right now, text YIC to 50808 to start an anonymous conversation with a trained volunteer – 24/7.
