During 2025, IDEX Pump Technologies Ireland and the IDEX Foundation contributed an extraordinary €74,000 to support children and families attending Enable Ireland’s Limerick Services. This generosity has already had a significant and lasting impact on the children, young people, and families who use our services.
Funding from IDEX has supported major developments at the Enable Ireland Limerick Delta Family Support Hub, including the creation of a modern, fully accessible kitchen and social space, alongside the development of a purpose-built sensory room. These investments have transformed older facilities into welcoming, therapeutic environments that support life skills development, sensory regulation, social interaction, and emotional wellbeing.
The partnership also reflects a strong shared commitment to community and inclusion. In addition to financial support through the IDEX Foundation, IDEX colleagues have engaged with Enable Ireland through volunteering and professional support initiatives, helping to further strengthen the relationship between our organisations.
Our partnership continues to support the development of the sports hall and ancillary facilities within the Delta Unit, creating additional opportunities for inclusion, physical activity, and personal development for children and young people attending our services.
