Little Pals Integrated Preschool
Little Pals Preschool is an inclusive preschool setting, located in Enable Ireland in Sandymount. The children who attend our preschool are both from the community and from the Children's Disability Network Teams.

Little Pals provides an inclusive, safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. It’s a place where children, regardless of their diverse abilities, can learn, play, grow, and flourish.
The benefits of an environment like Little Pals are that inclusion becomes natural to the children who attend.
We are dedicated to fostering a love of learning and promoting social-emotional development. We build strong partnerships with families and celebrate the unique strengths of each child.
Our Play-based curriculum aligns with the National Early Childhood Curriculum Framework, Aistear, and the quality standards, Siolta. It is inspired by the Montessori Methodology, fostering each child's unique potential through active and hands-on learning experiences. Together, these frameworks guide our planning, interactions, and environments. It ensures that play remains meaningful, inclusive, and responsive to each child’s individual strengths and needs.

It develops fine motor and gross motor skills of the child depending on the activity. It assists in the learning of language. It develops the child’s imagination and promotes individuality.
Free Play
Free play helps to develop your child’s imagination. It plays a great part in helping them to socialise among their peers and encourages them to work independently and in a group, which promotes active learning. It helps to develop language and verbal skills. It encourages turn-taking and the development of patience.
Table Top activities
This includes activities such as jigsaws, puzzles, threading activities, colouring, and worksheets. Fine motor skills, hand/eye co-ordination and memory skills are all enhanced through table top activities.
