Horizon Therapeutics reached out to Enable Ireland with an offer of support during a challenging period for our service provision. Horizon’s support helped to fund our disability services during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic.

In recent years, Horizon Therapeutics has provided vital funding for key projects in Enable Ireland’s children’s services including the refurbishment of our Galway Children’s Service and our respite services for children and families.

Bidvest Noonan is Ireland’s market leading facilities services provider and employs over 27,000 people to deliver services to thousands of client locations across Ireland and UK. The business has committed to using its considerable resources to support and fundraise for Enable Ireland’s services for children and young people with disabilities over the next two years. Enable Ireland is delighted to partner with Bidvest Noonan and we look forward to working together to raise funds for crucial projects in our children’s service centres.

Bidvest Noonan has committed to help Enable Ireland to support thousands of children and young people with disabilities this year, making a lasting impact on their lives. Commenting at the new charity partnerships announcement, Bidvest Noonan ESG Director, John King, said

Enable Ireland has developed a strong partnership with UPS. In recent years, UPS staff have raised significant funds for our children’s services, including over €18,000 which helped fund our accessible playground in Kildare, and through partnering with Enable Ireland for the annual UPS Bag-A-Thon campaign, which has generated valuable stock for our charity shops.

During 2020, when our services were in need of funding due to Covid-19, UPS staff reached out to Enable Ireland and nominated our services to receive a $17,000 grant from The UPS Foundation. This funding went towards our Sandymount Hydrotherapy Pool for children and adults with disabilities in Dublin.

We are very grateful for the continued fundraising and volunteer support of UPS and Parcel Motel staff. Our partnership has raised over €55,000 to support Enable Ireland’s services and UPS staff have helped to fund tangible projects which make a real difference to people’s lives.
